Callonwood's resort-like lifestyle is evident when you drive into the neighborhood.  A pretty parkway leads you to a landscaped traffic circle dominated by the community's two-story clubhouse.  This clubhouse is the centerpiece of an amenity center that includes a beautiful swimming pool.  The neighborhood's townhomes as well as many of its single family homes are within walking distance of the amenity center.

A variety of social activities take place at the amenity center.  Clubs include a book club, WOW (Women on Wednesdays), and the Callonwood Bunco Club.  The neighborhood also has a swim team.

Common areas near the back of the neighborhood include the Callonwood Residents Park.  Here you will find a playground/picnic area and sports fields for baseball and soccer.

Two homeowners associations serve Callonwood residents.  The Callonwood Homeowners Association covers the entire neighborhood.  HOA committees include the Architectural Review Committee, Lighting and Landscaping, Pool and Swim Team and Social.  The townhome section is governed by the Callonwood Townhome association as well.
