Ms. Fox, was an excellent realtor. I never had the privilege of meeting Ms. Fox, as I live 900 miles away. All our dealings were via phone or email, but I feel as though I received the best care. My house was not without issues and given my situation Ms. Fox went above and beyond to help me anyway she could - even coming over to fix a piece of my fence that my renter hadn't taken care of. She kept in constant contact, promptly initiating or returning calls and emails. Ms. Fox was also realistic about the house and expectations on price and timeline. She knew my goals and helped me evaluate offers and options so I could make the best decisions. I couldn't be happier with anyone else. She was simply amazing!
